About Adam

With over a decade of experience in the art industry, Adam Green founded Adam Green Art Advisory in 2016. Adam advises new and experienced collectors on contemporary art acquisitions and collection strategies. 

Additionally, Adam serves as the podcast host of the ArtTactic Podcast, the first and leading podcast covering the art market. Since 2009, Adam has conducted in-depth, exclusive interviews with key art market figures. The podcast has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, The New York Observer, ARTnews and ARTINFO.

Prior to founding Adam Green Art Advisory, Adam worked at Christie's auction house in New York City for nearly a decade. While there, he led the implementation of business analytics projects that influenced Christie's business strategy, sale profitability and risk exposure. 

Adam holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s degree in Art Business from the Sotheby’s Institute of Art and a Bachelor's Degree in Art History from Brandeis University. Adam is also on the Junior Board of Directors for Free Arts NYC and is a Board Member of the Professional Advisors to the International Art Market.
