About Adam
With more than 15 years of experience in the art world, Adam Green founded Adam Green Art Advisory in 2016. He offers tailored services to both new and seasoned collectors, specializing in advising on acquisitions of investment-quality post-war and contemporary art, as well as sourcing and brokering significant artworks. Adam was recognized as a top art advisor by ARTnews in both 2023 and 2024. His expertise has been highlighted in leading publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, The Art Newspaper, ARTnews, Artnet News, and more.
Adam is also the host of the ArtTactic Podcast, the first and leading podcast dedicated to the art market. Since its launch in 2009, Adam has conducted in-depth, exclusive interviews with influential figures from auction houses, galleries, museums, and other key sectors of the art world.
Before founding Adam Green Art Advisory, Adam spent nearly a decade working at Christie’s auction house in New York City.
Adam holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s in Art Business from the Sotheby’s Institute of Art, and a Bachelor’s in Art History from Brandeis University. He serves on the Board of Advisors at the Rose Art Museum and the Advisory Council of the Dallas Invitational. Additionally, Adam is an accredited member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA).
