About Adam

Adam Green founded Adam Green Art Advisory in 2016, a US-based advisory guiding new and experienced collectors on post-war and contemporary art, as well as sourcing and brokering significant artworks. His practice spans acquisitions, private sales, auction guidance, appraisals, collection management, and non-profit art foundations. Adam was recognized as a top art advisor by ARTnews in 2023, 2024 and 2025, and his market insights have been featured in leading publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, The Guardian, The Art Newspaper, ARTnews, and Artnet News. He writes about the art market in his Journal.

Adam is also the host of the ArtTactic Podcast, the first and leading podcast dedicated to the art market. Since its launch in 2009, Adam has conducted in-depth, exclusive interviews with influential figures from auction houses, galleries, museums, and other key sectors of the art world.

Before founding Adam Green Art Advisory, Adam spent nearly a decade at Christie’s auction house in New York City.
